  1. Measure your head about 1/8" above the ears; note inches or cm.
  2. Find the circumference in the Head (in) or Head (cm) column.
  3. Read across for US fitted, UK, EU, and letter size on the same row.
  4. Between sizes? Size up for rigid fitted and cowboy hats.

How to read this chart

US Fitted: Fraction sizes (e.g. 7 1/4) matched to head circumference in inches—common on fitted baseball caps.

UK Fitted / EU: Parallel systems; EU often tracks cm closely.
